HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Min 2026 01 20 MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL January 20, 2026 CALL TO ORDER Mayor Swartz called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. in Conference Room 225 at the Civic Center. STUDY SESSION Water System Safety Staff and Council discussed protecting the City's water system against cross connection from unapproved sources. Council requested a policy revision to require double check valve assemblies (DCVA) for properties where the irrigation water source is separate from the City's potable water system. Federal Legislative Agenda Council gave direction to request an earmark funding for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) of a future lake crossing. The federal legislative agenda will come back for City Council approval in the near future.
