2816o O 9 ORDINANCE NO.2816 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BLANCHET AVENUE THECITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DOORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The following described public right-of-way shall be vacated: That portion of Blanchet Avenue,formerly known as Sixth Avenue,dedicated onthe Plat of Park Orchard Tracts,Per Grant County Plat records Book 1,Page 36,located in theSW %,Section 15,Township 19North,Range 28 East.W.M.,City of Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington, described as follows: A43.00 foot wide portion of Blanchet Avenue adjacent to Lot 1,Block 1,H.LH.Plat,recorded in book 11 of Major Plats,pages 56and 57,records ofGrant County,Washington,more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING atthe easterly mostcorner ofsaid Lot 1;Thence S62°12'45"W along the southerly line of said lot 1a distance of,180.60 feet;ThenceS00o10'05"W along an extension ofthewest line of said Lot 1,a distance of48.65 feet;Thence N62°12'45"E along a43 feet distant from and parallelto the southeasterly lineof said Lot 1,a distance of 183.17 feet to a 40.00 foot radius non- tangent curve concave tothe east;Thence along the arc of said curve tothe right,through a central angle of 45°50'21",anarcdistance of 32.00 feet,having a chord bearing N02°26'48"W, 31.16 feet to the point of reverse curvature of a 20.00 foot radius curve concave to theWest; Thence along thearcofsaidcurvetothe left through acentral angleof48°01 '31",anarcdistance 16.76 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
