ORDINANCE NO.2850 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3.58 OF THE MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "WATER CONNECTION FEES" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Chapter 3.58 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water Connection Fees"is amended as follows: 3.58.010 Application:The applicant for water service shall pay to the City the appropriate fee(s)at the time of application in accordance with the adopted fee schedule. Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage. Adopted by the City Council and signed by its Mayor on December 27,2016.
