522_00001ORDINANCE No.522 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 150.60 andi155.60 OF ORDINANCE No..433,ENTITLED "THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON",BYAMENDINGTHE FRONT YARD SETBACKREQUIREMENTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1:Sections 150.60 and 155.60 of Ordinance No.433 are herebyamended to read as follows: A minimum front yard building setback of twenty-five (25) feet shall be provided along West Broadway Avenue in the areas zoned "CM"community business and "M-1" in the light industry described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Marina Drive and West Broadway,thence proceeding in aI.Southwesterly direction to a point on the Southeasterly side of West Broadway where it intersects with South Locust Lane and to a þoint on the Northwesterly side of West Broadway where it intersects with Commerce Way.
