AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No.433 ENTITLED"THE COMPREHENSlVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
I OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON"BY REZONING THE REALESTATEHEREINAFTERDESCRIBED,SITUATED IN THE CITY
OF MOSESLAKE,COUNTY OF GRANT,STATEOF WASHINGTON
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That Ordinance No.433,officially adopted by the City Council
on the 9th day of May,1961,be amended in the following particulars,to-wit:
That portion of Farm UNit No.122,Fifth Revision of the
Final Farm Unit Plat of Block 41,Columbia Basin Project,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest (SW)corner of Section 25,
Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM.,Grant County,Washington,thence North 0°32'30"East along theWestlineofsaidSection2590feettothetruepoint of beginning;thence continuing North 0°32'30"East 536.02 feet to theiSouthwesterlyboundaryoftheright-of-way of SecondaryStateHighwayNo.17 (formerlyNo.11G);thence South 38°53'30"East along said right of way boundary 594.14 feet;thence South 78°59'30"West 385.19 feet to the true point
of beginning.
Be and the same is hereby changed from single family residential zone,R1S,
to multiple family residential zone,R3,
Section 2.It is the intention of this ordinance to change the zoning classification
of only the land herein described to a professional office use classification,
and that upon adoption of a restricted business zoning classification,said land
will be placed in the appropriate zoning classification for restricted business
zoning.This ordinance shall not affect or change any other land zoning
classifications.
Section 3.This ordinance will become effective five (5)days after its passage
and publication as provided by law.
