549_00001ORDINANCE No.549 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No.433 ENTITLED "THE COMPREHENSlVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON"BY REZONING THE REALESTATE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MOSES LAIŒ,COUNTY OF NOW, TGH ,ATEEOFCWASCNUNCILNOF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON,DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.That Ordinance No.433,officially adopted by the City Council on the 9th day of May,1961,be amended in the following particulars,to-wit: A portion of Tract 70,Battery Orchard Tracts, as recorded on Page 31 of Acreage,records of Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Tract 70;thence South 45°51'46"East along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 593.14 feet to apointontheNorthwesterlyrightofwaylineof State Highway No.171;thence South 44©29'20" West along said right of way line 185.00 feet;thence North 45°51146"West 592.01 feet to a point on the i Northwesterly line of said Tract;thence North 44°08'14"East along said Northwesterly line to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby changed from single family residential zone, R1S,to multiple family residential zone,R3. Section 2 .This ordinance will become effective five (5)days after its passage and publication as provided by law.
