AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No.433WHOSETITLEIS"THE COMPREHENSlVE ZONINGORDINANCEOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,"BY REZONING THE REAL ESTATE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That Ordinance No.433 of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,
passed May 9,1961,and the official zoning map adopted thereby,be amended
in the followlng particulars,to-wit:
That the property described as:
Parcel "A"
That portion of Tract 54,Battery Orchard Tracts,according totheplatthereoffiledJanuary7,1914,records of Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the Northerly corner of said Tract 54,thence S 32°08'44"West along the Northwesterly boundary line of said Tract 54,adistanceof447.17 feet,to the true point of beginning;thenceNorth89°11'36"East 629.92 feet;thence South 32°08'44"WestitotheNortherlyboundarylineofPrimaryStateHighwayNo.18,the specific details concerning all of which are to be found within
that certain map of definite location now of record and on file
in the office of the Director of Highways at Olympia,Washington,and hearing date of approval October 21,1947 (revised to show
subdivision of Sections,November 4,1947);thence Westerly,along
said Northerly boundary line of said Primary State Highway No.18totheNorthwesterlyboundaryofsaidTract54;thenne North 32°08'44"East along the Northwesterly boundary line of said Tract 54 to the truepointofbeginning.EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to theStateofWashingtonbydeedrecordedMay31,1958,under Auditor'sFileNo.271314.

Section 2 .That it is the intention of this Ordinance to change the zone
classification of only the land herein set out and shall not affect or change
any other zones of land as described in Ordinance No.433.I PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 14th day of
March,1967.
