AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No.433 WHOSETITLEIS"THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON"BY REZONINGTHEREALESTATEHEREINAFTERDESCRIBED
i NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That Ordinance No.433 of the City of Moses Lake,
Washington,passed May 9,1961,and the official zoning map adopted thereby,
be amended in the following particulars,to-lwit:
That the property described as:
That portion of Battery Orchard Tract 72 which remains intheNortheastcornerofWapatoandInterlakeandthatportion;of the Southwest One Half (SWi)of the Southeast Quarter (SEi)
of Section 28 Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM.,Grant County,Washington.Beginning at the South Quarter (S$)corner of saidSection28;thence North 0°7'26"East along the center line ofSection28adistanceof261.15 feet;thence South 89°46'20"East475.97 feet;thence South 11°25'0"East 266.42 feet to theSouthlineofsaidSection28;thence North 89°46'20"West along saidSouthlineadistanceof529.55 feet more or less to the point ofIbeginning;EXCEPT any portion included in a city street.(MosesLakeTaxNo.4527 out of Tax No,1260).
ALSO:
Beginning at the most Northerly Corner of Tract 54 BatteryOrchardTractsattheintersectionofBatteryDriveandInterlakeRoad;thence South 57°51'16"East along theSouthwest(SW)side of Interlake Road a distance of 60.00feettothetruepointofbeginning;thence continuing on the
