592_00001ORDINANCE No.592 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONVEYANCE OFCERTAINLANDSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKEPURSUANTTORESOLUTIONHERETOFOREENTERED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAINeScFOLLClWS:The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized,pursuant to Resolution heretofore entered,to execute a warranty deed conveyingthefollowingdescribedrealestatelocatedwithintheCityofMosesLake: That portion of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼)of the SoutheastQuarter(SE¼)of Section 28,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM.,and of Tract 24 of Battery Orchard Tracts,as per plat filedJanuary7,1914,records of Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Tract 26 Battery Orchard Tracts,according to plat thereof recorded in Grant County,Washington;thence North 32 08'44"East 550 feet to the Northeasterly line of Orchard Avenue as conveyed to the City of Moses Lake by instrumentrecordedSeptember12,1956,under Auditor's File No.277733;thenceSouth57°51'16"East 10 feet along the Northeasterly line of OrchardAvenuetothetruepointofbeginning;thence continuing South 57°51'16" East 484 feet to the Northwesterly line of Giersdorf Addition,accord-ing to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 7 of Plats,page 17,recordsofGrantCounty,Washington;thence North 32°08'44"East 158 feetitotheSouthwesterlylineofWilmotAddition,according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 7 of Plats ,page 12 ,records of GrantCounty,Washington;thence North 57 51'16"West along the South-westerly line of said Wilmot Addition,21.70 feet to the most Westerly corner of Lot 7 of said Wilmot Addition;thence North 19°08'44"East156.74 feet;thence North 57 51'16"West 428.04 feet to the pointNorth32°08'44"East 310.72 feet East of the true point of beginning;thence South 32°08'44"West 310.72 feet to the true point of beginning.
