i AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.433 WHOSE
TITLE IS "THE COMPREHENSIVE 2ONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,"BY
REBONING THE REAL ESTATE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That Ordinance No.433 of the City of Moses Lake,
Washington,passed May 9,1961,and the official zoning mapadoptedthereby,be amended in the following particulars,to-wit:
That the property described as:
The properties facing sixth Avenue from
the North-west side and Division Street
on the North-east side and the Pelican
Horn of Moses Lake on the South,moreparticularlydescribedasfollows:
All of lots 1 through 11,Burress Number5AdditionstoMosesLake,as per platfiledinVolume3ofPlats,Page 24 re-cords of Grant County,Washington andiGrant.County Assessor's Tax Numbers 1081-C,
3028,3339,and 2097.
be and the same is hereby changed from zone R-2 to R-3.
Section 2.That it is the intention of this ordinance to
,change the zone classification of only.land herein set outandshallnotaffectorchangeanyotherzonesoflandasdescribedinOrdinanceNo.433.
Section 3.That this ordinance shall take effect and be in forcefive(5)days after its passage and punication as provided by law.
