ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXCEANGE OF REAL ESTATE BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE AND MOSES LAKE IRON AND METAL PURSUANT
TO RESOLUTION HEREFORE ENTEREDiTHECITYCOUNCILOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKB,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager and the Acting City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept
a Quit Claim Deed conveying the following described real estate,located within the City of
Moses Lake:
That portion of Section 22,Township 19 North,Range 28 BWM,Grant County,Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline of Broadway,at a monument shown on the Lewis-Elliott Ad-
dition #2,3,720 feet to the centerline of Ash .Street,as recorded with the Grant
County Auditor and recorded in Volume 5 of Plats,Page 27,thence South 53 42'West,
a distance of 836.45 feet,thence North 36°18'West,a distance of 50 feet to the trueAf3pointofbeginning,thence South 53°42'west,a distance of 42.25 feet,thence NorthLO3618'West,a distance of 37 feet to a point herein called "A",thence from the trueÛÛpointofbeginningNorth64°51'West,a distance of 45 feet,more or less,to theSoutherlyrightofwaylineoftheChicago,Milwaukee,St.Paul and Pacific Railroad,
thence Southerly along said right of way line on a curve to the left a distance of 20
feet more or less to Point "A",and

ORDINANCE NO.2:2
Pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authority of Resolution,
spd Quit Claim Deed shall name Moses Lake Iron and Metal,as Grantee.
Section 2.The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,are hereby waived.
This ordinance shall be read only once before its passage and shall take effect
immediately after passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,and APPROVED
by its Mayor this 11 day of September ,1973.
