i AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE,WASHINGTON FOR THE YEAR OF 1974.
WHEREAS,the City Counell of the City of Moses Lake after holding public hearings
for the purpose of considering the proposed 1974 Budget for the City of Moses Lake,
said budget hearing being held as provided by law,
NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the Total amounts in said Budget for the year 1974 for specific funds
are as follows:

Section 2.That the final budget heretofore adopted by motion on December 10,1973
for the fiscal year 1974,reference thereto being made and by reference the same.being
made a part hereof,be and the same is hereby adopted as the budget for the fiscal
year 1974.
Section 3.RCW 35.33.070 provides for adoption of the budget by the City Council
after Public Hearing.Therefore,the provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474
are hereby waived and this Ordinance shall be adopteΠon tne date of its first
introduction and after its first reading.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Moses Lake,
Washington this 10th day of December ,1973.
