I AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LANDS OFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKEPURSUANTTÖRESOLUTIONHERTOFOREENTERED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to ex-
ecute a warranty deed conveying the following described real estate located
within the City of Moses Lake:
The South one-half of Lot #12 in the Garden Heights,Second AdditiontoMosesLake,Grant County,Washington.
Pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authority of res-
olution,said warranty deed shall name Bert L.Smith and Peggy Smith,husband
and wife,as Grantees.
Section 2,The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,are hereby waived.
This ordinance shall be read only once before its passage and shall take effect -
immediately after passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington
and APPROVED by its Mayor this_22nd day of Tanuary ,1974.
