699_00001ORDINANCE NO.699 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LANDS OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKEPURSUANT TO RESOLUTION HERETOFORE E CITY COU OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGl'ON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claini Deed conveying the following described real estate within the City of Moses Lake: A portion of Lot 2,Knolls Vista Third Addition,according to the Plat thereof filed in the records of Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Meridian Avenue (vacated)and Knolls Vista Drive,thence North 61°00'00"West a distance of 45.00 feet to the true point of beginning,thence on a circular curve to the right with a radius of 220.38 feet for a dîstance of 123.34 feet with a long cord North 45°02'00"East a distance of 121.74 feet;thence North 61°04'00"East a distance of 33.90 feet;thence South 28°56'00"East a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 61 04'00"East a distance of 110.77 feet;thence North 61°00'00"West a distance of 515.27 feet;thence South 29°00'00" West a distance of 230.00 feet,thence South 61°00'00"East a dis- tance of 399.04 feet to the true point of beginning with the excep- tion of: (13 An easement reserved to use for utilities,together with the righttprivilege,and authority to construct,repair, improve,and maintain the utilities upon,over,under,and across the following described real estate: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Meridian Avenue (vacated)and Knolls vista Drive,thence North 61000'00"West a distance of 444.04 feet,thence North 29°00'00"East a distance of 45.00 feet to the true point of beginning;thence South 61°00'00" Rae+-,distance of 342.04 feet,thence Sou*h 44°12'20"East a distence of 64.00 feet more or less to the Northwesterly line of the right of way of Knolls Vista Driver thence Northerly along said Northwesterly right of way line for a distance of 20.00 feet more or less,thence North 44°12'20"West a distance of 55.00 feet more or less,thence North 29°00'00"East a distance of 41.00 feet more or less,thence South 61°00'00"East a distance..of 75.00 feet more or less to the Northwesterly line of the right of way of Knolls Vista Drive,thence Northerly along said Northwesterly right of way line for a distance of 23.00 feet more or less thence North 61 00'00"West a distance of 106.00 feet more or less,thence South 29000'00"West a distance of 59.00 feet,thence Norèh 61°00'00"West a distance of 332.04 feet, thence South 29°00'00"West a distance of 20.00 feet to the true point of beginning. Ordinance No.699 :2 (2)A restrictive easement around existing City of Moses Lake Well #3 in accordance with WAC 248-54-350 source protection which real estate is described as follows: A circle with a 100.00 foot radius around existing City of Moses Lake Well #3.The radius point located North * 11°26'00"West a distance of 150,00 feet,more or less, from the monument at the intersection of Meridian Avenue (vacated)and Knolls Vista Drive. Pursuant -to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authority of resolution,said quit claim deed shall name Moses Lake School District No.161,as Grantee. Section 2.The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474 are hereby waived.This ordinance shall be read only once before its passage and shall take effect immediately after passage and publication.
