AN ORDINANCE PROVIDINGFOR THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LANDS
OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKEPURSUANT TO RESOLUTION HERETOFOREENTERED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a warranty deed conveying the following desceibed realestatelocatedwithintheCityofMosesLake:
Lots 7 and 8,Garden Heights Second Additilon,GrantCounty,State of Washington.
Pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authorityofresolution,said warranty deed shall name Billy T.and Donna L.Aldridge,husband and wife,for the real estate.:
Section 2.The provisions of Eection 17,Ordinance No.474,are hereby
waived.This ordinance shall be read only once before its passage andishalltakeeffectimmediatelyafterpassageandpublication.
