AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LANDS OFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKEPURSUANTTORESOLUTIONHERETOFOREENTERED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorizedtoexecuteawarrantydeedconveyingthefollowingdescribedrealestatelocatedwithintheCityofMosesLake:
Lots 22,23,24 and one-half of Lot 25,Garden HeightsSecondAddition,.Grant County,State of Washington.
Pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authority ofresolution,said warranty deed shall name United Builders of Washington,Inc.,a corporation,as Grantees.
Section 2.The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,are herebywaived.This ordinance shall be read only once before its passage andshalltakeeffectimmediatelyafterpassageandpublication.
