AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LANDSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKEPURSUANTTORESOLUTIONHERETOFOREENTERED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Sectkn 1.The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorizedtoexecuteawarrantydeedconveyingthefollowingdescribedrealestatelocatedwithintheCityofMosesLake:
Lots 17,18,19 and 20,Garden Heights SecondAddition,Grant County,State of Washington,
Pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authorityofresolution,said warranty deed shall name James R.Newhouse,ashisseparateproperty,or his assigns,as Grantee.
Section 2.The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,areherebywaived.This ordinance shall be read only once before its
passage and shall take effect immediately after.passage andpublication.
