AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
EASEMENT BETWEEN LOT 8 AND LOT 9 OF DAHLIAREPLATNO.1.
The City Council of the City of Moses Lake do ordain as follows:
Section 1:That the ten (10')foot public right of wayeasementbetweenLot8andLot9ofDahliaReplatNo.1 as recorded per plat with the Grant CountyAuditorisherebyvacated.
Section 2 .That a public hearing has been held re-garding the vacation of this public strip.Therefore,the provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,
are hereby waived.This Ordinance shall be read only
once before its passage and shall take effect immed-PASSEDiately after passnaciel andd publicati nby
its Mayor this 11thdayofNovember,1975 .
