AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.433 KNOWNAS THE
COMPREHENSIVE SONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MOSESLAÈE,WASHINGTON,BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL 2OWINGIMAPWITHTHEFOLLOWINGDESCRIBEDCHANGESALONGVALLEY
ROAD AND VISTA VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MDSES LAKE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the official Comprehensive 2oning hap of the City of Moses Lake,as thereby regulatedbyOrdinanceNo.433,known as the Comprehensive zoning ordinance of the City of Moses Lake,is hereby amended in the following described manner:
That portion of land known as Vista village shopping center,located westoftheintersectionofCentralDriveandValleyRoad,totaling approximately10.3 Acres of land and encompassing Grant County Assessor Tax Numbers 3900,3898,3899,3484,3926 and 3483,shall be changed from its existing zoningdesignationof"CNS,"Neighborhood Commercial,to "CM"Community Business.
That the easterly two-thirds of Park Orchard,Tract No.8,as recorded perplatwiththeGrantCountyAuditor,consisting of approximately 6 Acreswithitswesterlyboundarybeingthe1090elevationasshownontheUnitedStatesBureauofReclamationTopographicMapofSection15,T 19N,R 28 E.W.M.,in Grant County,Washington,shall be changed from its presentsoningdesignationsof."R-3,"Multi-family Residential and "R-18,"SingleFamilySuburban,to "CM"Coramunity Business.
That portion of land adjacent to the easterly boundary of Vista VillageShoppingCenterandfrontingonValleyRoadandextending300feetindepthNorthfromValleyRoadandfromtheeasterlyboundaryofVistaVillageShoppingCenterinaneasterlydirectiontoStratfordRoad,including GrantCountyAssessorTaxNumbers3776and3778,and Kvamme Addition,Lot Numbersi1,2,and 3,and Vista Corner Addition No.2,shall be changed from theirpresentzoningdesignationof"R-3"Multi-family Residential to "CM"Community Business.
