AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONVEYANCE OP CERTAINLANDSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKEPURSUANTTORESOLUTIONHERETOFOREENTERED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES IAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby author-ized to execute a warranty deed conveying the following describedrealestatelocatedwithintheCityofMosesLake:
Lot 7,Graham Addition #1,Grant County,State ofWashington.
Pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authorityofresolution,said warranty deed shall name Leo Reichlin,a single
man,for the real estate:I Section 2.The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,areherebywaived.This ordinance shall be read only once before its
passage and shall take effect immediately after passage andpublication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,and APPROVED by its MAYOR this 23rd day of March,1976,
