AN ORDINANCEPROVIDING FOR THE CONVEYANCEOF
CERTAIN LANDS OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE PURSUANT
TO RESOLUTION HERETOFOREENTERED,
i THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTONDO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to executeaWarrantyDeedconveyingthefollowingdescribedrealestatelocatedwithintheCityofMosesLake:
Lot 24 and the South 1/2 of Lot 25,Garden Heights Addition #2,Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington.
Pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authority of
resolution,said Harranty Deed shall name FRED T.STIENS AND DEBRAK.STIENS,husband and wife,as grantees.
Section 2.The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance 474,are hereby waived.This Ordinance shall be read only once before its passage and shall takeeffectimmediatelyafterpassageandpublication.
