AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE RECEIVED FROM MUNICIPALPURPOSESFROMTAXATIONSONASßESSEDVALUATIONS.OF PROPERTYIWITHIMTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR THE YEAROF 1977
WHEREAS,Section 20 of Chapter 95 of First Extraordinary Session.of 1969 requires the governîng body of theCityofMosesLaketofixtheamounttoberaisedbytaxationonassessedvaluationofpropertywithintheCityofMosesLake.
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP MOSES LAKEDOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the following taxes for General municipal purposes of the City of Moses Lake for the year1977beandthesameareherebylevieduponalltaxablepropertywithintheCityofMosesLakeaccordingto100%assessed valuation thereof as determined in the year 1976,

General Purposes 3.60 $325,000
Section 2.That the following taxes for Redemption of General Obligation Bonds of the City of Moses Lakefortheyear1977beandthesameareherebyleviedupontaxablepropertywithintheCityofMosesLake,except that portion formally within the boundry of the Town of Westlake as of Tune 27,1972 according to100%assessed valuation thereof as determined in the year 1976:

Section 3,RCW 84.52.020 provides for the tax levied by the City CounciEbe certified to theCountyCommissionersonorbeforetheWednesdaynextfollowingthefirstMondayinOctober,therefore the provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,are hereby waived.This ordinance shallbereadonlyoncebeforeitspassageandshalltakeeffectimmediatelyafterpassageandpublication.
