AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.433 TITLED THECOMPREHENSIVEZONINGMAPOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKEBYADOPTINGTHE1976COMPREHENSIVEMAPINITSENTIRETY.I THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the City of Moses Lake shall adopt in its entirety the 1976ComprehensiveZoningMapastheOfficialZoningMapfortheCityofMosesLakeincompliancewiththeententofRCW35.63 as adopted and hereafter amended.
Section 2.Effective Date:This Ordinance shall take effect and be in forcefive(5)days after its passage and publication as provided by law.
