ANORDINANCEPROVIDING FORTHECONVEYANCEOF CERTAINLANDOF THECITYOFPOSESLAKEPURSUANTTORESOLUTIONHERETOFOREENTERED.I THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF }OSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager and city Clerk are hereby authorized to execute aWarrantyDeedconveyingthefollowingdescribedrealestatelocatedwithintheCityofNbsesLake:
Block 4,Lot 10,Larson Addition,Nbses Lake,Grant County,Washington,
pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authority ofresolution,said Warranty Deed shall name Roger and Barbara Congdon,husbandandwife,for fue real estate.
Section 2.The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,are herebywaived.This ordinance shall be read only once before its passage and shalltakeeffectimmediatelyafterpassageandpublication.
