AN ORDINANCEPROVIDINGFORTHE CONVEYANCEOF CERTAIN LANDOF THE CITYOFMDSESLAKEPURSUANTTORESOLUTIONBERETOFOREENTERED.
THECITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
I Section 1.The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute aWarrantyDeedconveyingthefollowingdescribedrealestatelocatedwithintheCityofMosesLake:
Lot #22,Garden Heights Addition #2,Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,
pursuant to the terms of agreement heretofore made with the authority ofresolution,said Warranty Deed shall name Jeffrey F.Gilman,a single man,for the real estate.
Section 2.The provisions of Section 17,Ordinance No.474,are hereby waived.This Ordinance shall be read only once before its passage and shall take effectimmediatelyafterpassageandpublication.
