AN ORDINANCE AMENDING EXISTING CHAPTER 1.10 ENTITLED "PLANNING
COMMISSION"AND REPEALING CHAPTER 1.5 ENTITLED "MUSEUM COMMISSION"
AND CHAPTER 1.11 ENTITLED "BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMISSION"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 SPECIFIC REPEAL Chapters 1.5 and 1.11 are hereby repealed in their entirety,i Section 2 AMENDMENT TO CRAPTER 1.10 Existing Chapter 1.10 is amended as follows;Section 1.10.08 is amended by deleting the phrase "chapter 44 of the 1935 Session
Laws of the State of Washington,"after the phrase "RCW Chapter 35.63";Section
1.10.12 is amended by deleting the phrase "Chapter 44 of the 1935 Session Laws"after the phrase "RCW Chapter 35.63";and Section 1.10.16 is amended by deletingthephrase"RCW Chapter 58.16,Chapter 186,Session Laws of 1937 of the State ofWashington"and inserting,in its stead,the phrase "RCW 58.17".
Section 3 REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES Any and all ordinances or parts ofordinancesinconflictherewithareherebyrepealed.
Section 4 SEVERABILITY The invalidity of any part of this ordinance shall not effectthevalidityofanyotherpartwhichcanbegiveneffectwithoutsuchinvalidpartorparts.
Section 5 EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five(5)days after its passage and publication as provided by law,
