AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 3.36 ENTITLED "FIRE HAZARDS -
NUISANCE"AND CHAPTER 3.38 ENTITLED "TRANSPORTING FLAMMABLELIQUIDS".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 SPECIFIC REPEAL Chapter 3.36 and Chapter 3.38 of the Moses Lake City code
i are hereby repealed in their entirety.
Section 2 CUMULATIVE EFFECT The provisions of this ordinance shall be cumulativeandshallnotoperatetorepealanyordinancesotherthanthosespecificallyrepealed.
Section 3 EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication as provided by law.
