AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 3.36r ENTITLED "GRADES",ANDAMENDINGCHAPTER3.15,ENTITLED "SEWER -CONSTRUCTION ANDUSE"BY REPEALING THOSE SECTIONS HAVING THE SUSCHAPTERHEADING"PRIVATE USE".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 SPECIFIC REPEAL Chapter 3.6 and Section 3.15.148 through Section 3.15.172,inclusive,of the Moses Lake City Code are hereby repealed in their entirety.I Section 2 CUMULATIVE EFFECT The provisions of this ordinance shall be cumulativeandshallnotoperatetorepealanyordinancesotherthanthosespecificallyrepealed.
Section 3 SEVERABILITY The invalidity of any part of this ordinance shall not effectthevalidityofanyotherpartwhichcanbegiveneffectwithoutsuchinvalidpartorparts.
Section 4 EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication as provided by law.
