AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION AND PLATTINGORDINANCEOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKEBYCHANGINGSECTION3.20.20.16.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 Section 3.20.20.16,Final Short Subdivision Application,of Chapteri3.20 of the Moses Lake City Code entitled "Subdivision and Platting Ordinance"is amended to include the following:
The final short plat shall contain the legal description of the subdivision andthefollowingdedication,acknowledgment,and endorsement statements shall appearinthefollowingsequenceinink,either by hand or mechanical device:
KNOWALL MEN by these presents that ,the undersignedownerinfeesimple,and incumbrances of the land hereby platted,herebydeclarethisplatanddedicate(s)to the use of the public forever,all streets andeasementsorwhateverpublicpropertythereisshownontheplatandtheusethereofforanyandallpublicpurposes;also,the right to make all necessary slopes forcutsorfillsuponthelotarblockartracts,etc.,shown on this plat in the reason-able original grading of all streets,shown hereon.
