AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3.24 OF THE MOSES LAKE CITY CODEENTITLED2ONINGCODESYCHANGINGTHESTREETWIDTHSREQUIREDINMOBILEHOMEPARKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 Chapter 3.24,Section 3.24.195 (I)is changed to read as follows:I l.There shall be vehicular and pedestrian access from a dedicatedandimprovedstreettothePark.Said vehicular access shallbedrainedandpavedtoawidthofnotlessthan30feet,I
2.Roads within the park shall be paved in accordance with,andshallincludeextrudedcurbingonbothsidesofthestreetwithTypeCdrivewayentrancesasshownin,the communityStandards.All roads within the park shall have the followingminimumwidths:
a.30 feet where on-street parking is allowed only on one sideoftheroad.
b.36 feet were parking is permitted on boths sides of the road.
3.All roads and streets within the park shall be named as approvedbytheCityPlanningCommission.The owner or operator of theparkshallfurnish,install and maintain street signs of a typeapprovedbythecityEngineer.
4.All spaces in the Park shall he numbered in accordance with theMosesLakeMunicipalCode.
Section 2 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afterIitspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
