AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY LYING NORTH OF LOT #27 INBROADRIPPLEADDITION#1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 That the alley lying north of Lot #27 in Broadripple Addition #1shallbedeclaredvacated.I e
Section 2 That the city shall retain the vacated alley as an easement withtherighttoexerciseandgranteasementsfortheconstruction,repair,andmaintenanceofpublicutilitiesandservices.
Section 3 That prior to publication and official filing of this ordinance,theabuttingpropertyownersshallcompensatethecitywithone-half the appraisedvalueofthevacatedalleyreleasedtothem.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,and APPROVEDbyitsMayorthis16thdayofAugust,1977.
