890_00001ORDINANCE NO.Bj))L AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE MOSES LAKE CITY CODE ENTITLED BONING CODE BY CHANGING SECTIONS 18.06.020 AND 18.15.020 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Section 18.06.020 of Title 18 of the Moses Lake City Code entitledISoningCodeshallbechangedtoreadasfollows: 18.06.020 Accessory Use:Accessory use means detached subordinate use which issecondarytotheusesofthemainbuildingonthesamelotandappurtenant thereto (including garages). Section 2.Section 18.15.020,paragraph Ar of Title 18 of the Moses Lake City Code entitled Boning Code shall be changed to read as follows: 18.15.020 A.Accessory uses appurtenant to Permitted uses are permitted.One (1)attached private garage housing not more than four (4)cars for each residence is permitted.Attached accessory buildings shall complywithallyardsetbacksinthezoneinwhichitislocated.Detached accessory buildings shall not exceed sixteen feet (16')in height oreighthundredsquarefeet(800')in total floor area.Detached accessory buildings shall comply with the front and side yard set-backs required for the main building and shall maintain a five foot (5')setback from the rear lot line where no alley or easement exists.There shall be no setbacks required from an existing alley and nobuildingwillbeconstructedoverright-of-way or easement.Through lots shall maintain twenty-five foot (25')setbacks on both the front and rear yards.Lake front lots shall not be required tomaintainatwenty-five foot (25')setback in the rear yard. Section 3.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after itsipassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
