ANORDINANCEAMENDINGSECTION18.15.050 OF TITLE 18 OF THEMOSESLAKECITYCODEENTITLEDZONING
I THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Section 18.15.050 A entitled Setbacks shall be changed to read asfollows:
18.15.050 A.The front yard setback shall be twenty-five feet (25')minimumexceptthatthePlanningCommissionmaygrantaspecialpermitfortheremodelingofhomeswhichmeetthefollowingconditions:
1.A petition shall be signed by the majority of the propertyownerswithinatwohundredfoot(200')area immediatelyadjacentandinfrontofsaidproperty,or to the corneroftheblock,whichever comes first,approving the encroach-ment to within twenty feet (20')of the front propertyline.
2.Construction shall be completed within one (1)year of theissuanceofabuildingpermit.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
