AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGSECTION18.09.020 OF CHAPTER18 OF THEMOSESLAKECITYCODEENTITLEDZONING
THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the Zoning Map of the City of Moses Lake shall be changed asifollows:
That portion of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter and the south halfofthenortheastquarterofSection26,Township 19 North,Range 28 E.W.M.,recordsofGrantCounty,Washington,lying southwesterly of the right-of-way of PrimaryStateHighwayNo.18 (Pioneer Way);lying easterly of the NewHigh School Plat,asperplatrecordedinVolume7ofPlats,page 78,records of Grant County,Washing-ton,and lying southerly of Sharon Avenue,as conveyed to the Moses Lake SchoolDistrictNo.161,by deed recorded November 27,1963,under Auditor's File No.443312,except that portion conveyed to the State of Washington by deed recordedAugust6,1968,under Auditor's File No.538649.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
