ANORDINANCEAMENDINGSECTION18.09.020 OF CHAPTER18 OF THEMOSESLAKECITYCODEENTITLEDZONING
THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the Zoning Map of the City of Moses Lake shall be changed asfollows:
That portion of Farm Unit 122,Irrigation Block 41,Columbia Basin Project,lyingintheSouthwestquarterofSection25,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,Grant County,Washington,lying southerly of the following described line shallbechangedfromAgriculturetoC-4,Tourist Commercial:
Beginning at the west quarter corner of said section;thence south 0°32'30"westalongthewestlineofsaidsectionandFarmUnit,a distance of 916.04 eet tothetruepointofbeginningofthelinebeingdescribed;thence south 89 27'30"east a distance of 1,123.1 feet more or less to the southwesterly boundary lineofPrimaryStateHighwayNo.17.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
