AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER17.12 OF THE MOSESLAKECITYCODEENTITLEDSHORTSUBDIVISION
THECITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That paragraph B of Section 17.12.020 entitled Conditions shall beIamendedtoreadasfollows:
B.If the subdivision involves any new streets or roads,or the exten-sion of municipal facilities,or the creation of any municipal im-provements,a subdivsion bond may be accepted in lieu of completingtheutilities.
Section 2.That paragraph E of Section 17.12.040 entitled Final Short SubdivisionApplicationshallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:
E.After the administrator approves the final short plat,the subdividershallsubmitthefollowing:
1.A check payable to the Grant County auditor to cover recordingfees.
2.A check payable to the city to cover the Moses Lake parks andpubliclandsfeeof$.0025 per square foot of the subdivision.
3.A subdivision bond or other approved surety method shall be sub-mitted in an amount sufficient to cover one hundred and fiftypercent(150%)of the cost of completing all required utilityextensions.
Section 3.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteriitspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
