AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGŒAPTER 18.63 OF TITLE 18 ENTITLED20NINGCODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAINAS EDLT S:
I Section 1.That Section 18.63.070 of Chapter 18.63 of Title 18 entitled zoning Codeshallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:
18.63.070 Setbacks:Setbacks in a mobile home park shall be as follows:
A.Fifteen feet (15')between dwelling units
B.Ten feet (10')from roadways
C.The setback from city right-of-way shall be the same as for singlefamilyresidences.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after itspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
