ANORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER2.08 OF THEMOSESLAKECITYCODEENTITLED"MAYORANDCOUNCIL"BY CHANGINGTHE SCHEDULEFORREGULARCOUNCILMEETINGSANDTHEPLACEOFMEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
I Section 1.Specific Amendment.Section 2.08.010 entitled "Meeting times andplaces"is hereby amendedas follows:
2.08.010 Meeting times and place:The Council shall meet in regular session onthesecondandfourthTuesdaysofeachmonthateightp.m.When Tuesday is aholiday,the regular meeting shall be held on Monday at the same hour unlessotherwiseprovidedbymotion.The place of meeting shall be the Council ChamberinthePolice/Justice Court Building,unless otherwise provided by motion.
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall,take effect and be in force five(5)days after its passage and publication as provided by law.
