THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
1 Section 1.Specific Amendment:Sections 18.27.050 and 18.42.050 entitled PropertyDevelopmentStandardsareherebyamendedtoreadasfollows:
18.27.050 Property Development Standards
A.No setbacks are required.
B.There is no minimum lot size.
18.42,050 Property Development Standards
A.No setbacks are required.
B.There is no minimumlot size.
Section 2.Specific Repeal:The following sections of Title 18 of the Moses LakeCityCodeareherebyrepealedintheirentirety:
18.30.060 Buildinq Heights:No structure shall be constructed over forty feethigh.
18.33.100 Building Heights:No structure shall be constructed over thirty feethigh.
I 18.39.100 Building Heights:No structure shall be constructed over forty feethigh.
Section 3.Effective Date:This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five(5)days after its passage and publication as provided by law.
