ANORDINANCEAMENDINGSECTION18.09.020 OF CHAPTER18 OF THEMOSESLAKECITYCODEENTITLEDZONING
THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the Zoning Map of the City of Moses Lake shall be changed asifollows:
That portion of the south half of the southwest quarter of Section 26,Township 19North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Count.y of Grant,State of Washignton,described asfollows:

Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
