Section 3.That a copy of this ordinance,together with a copy of the official platofsaidterritorytobeannexedtotheCityofMosesLake,shall be filed with theBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington and the original plat ofsaidterritoryshallbefiledwiththeCountyAuditorinthemannerrequiredbylaw. Section 4.That the annexed real estate described in Section 1 herein is herebyzonedC-4,Commercial,except the following described property shall be zoned P,Public: Beginning at the southeast corner of section 25,Township 19,Range 28 EWM;thenceWestalongtheSouthlineofsaidSection24,1527.5 feet;thence North 00°37'Easti318.5 feet to the True Point of Beginning;thence North 89 19'20"West 427.11 feet;thence North 00°38'33"East 550 feet;thence South 89°19'20"East 427.36 feet;thence South 00°37'99"West 550 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
