AN ORDINANCEESTABLISHINGA SPECIALREVENUEFUNDAS REQUIREDUNDERTITLEIOFTHEHOUSINGANDCOMMUNTIYDEVELOPMENTACTOF1974ANDCONDITIONSOFTHEGRANTAGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON00 ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the City Treasurer of the City of Moses Lake be hereby directedItoestablishaspecialrevenuefundtobeentitled"Community Development BlockGrantFund".
Section 2.That all monies received by the city of Moses Lake under Title I oftheHousingandcommunityDevelopmentActof1974(P.L.93-383)be deposited withthefundentitled"Community Development Block Grant Fund"and that disbursementsfromsuchfundshallbeincompliancewiththeactandshallbesubjecttothetermsandconditionsoftheGrantAgreement,applicable law,regulations,and allotherrequirementsoftheU.S.Department of Housing and Urban Development as noworhereafterineffect.
Section 3.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
