THECITY COUNCILof the City of Moses Lake,Washington,do ordain as follows:
Section 1.The following legal description clarifies the description of realestatecontainedinOrdinanceNo.941:
I Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Montana Street,Moses Lake,Washington,and the north right-of-way line of Inter-state 90;thence westerly along the Interstate 90 north right-of-way line to the east right-of-way line of Hansen Road;thencenortherlyalongtheeastright-of-way line of Hansen Road to itsintersectionwiththenortheastright-of-way line of WestshoreDrive;thence along the northeast right-of-way line of WestshoreDrivetoalinewhichisparallelwithand20feetsoutheasterly ofthesoutheastlineofLot1.Golden Acres Plat,as recorded inGrantCounty,Washington,Plat Records Volume 6,Page 37;thencenortheastalongsaidlinetothehighwaterlineofMosesLake;thence southeast along the highwater line of Moses Lake to a point
on an east/west line between the east quarter and the west quarterofSection29,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM;thence west alongsaideast/west line of Section 29,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWMtotheeastright-of-way line of Westshore Drive;thence southeastalongtheeasterlyright-of-way line of Westshore Drive to a pointoppositethecenterlineofMontanaStreet;thence following thecenterlineofMontanaStreetasshownonthefirstadditiontoWestlakeTracts,Grant County,Washington,Plat Records,Volume6,Page 39,to the north right-of-way of Interstate 90.
Section 2.A copy of this ordinance,a copy of Ordinance No.941,and a copyoftheofficialplatofsuchterritoryshallbefiledwiththeBoardofICountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington.
Section 3.The next real property described in Section 1 herein is herebyzonedR-1,Single Family Residential;R-2,Single Family and Duplex Residen-tial;and C-4,Highway Commercial,as shown on the map which is attached toOrdinanceNo.941 and which is thereby incorporated by reference therein.
Section 4.Ordinance No.941 remains in full force and effect in all re-spects with this ordinance only clarif.ying the legal description of thepropertyannexedinOrdinanceNo.941.
Section 5.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
