THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,DOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The following described easement shall be vacated:
i That portion of Lot VI of the Replat of Columbia Basin Center Plat as recorded inVolume197,Pages 247 and 248 of Plats,Records of Grant County,Washington,described as follows:Beginning at the NE corner of said Lot VI;thence south35°30'57"west a distance of 56.86 feet along the easterly boundary of said LotVI;thence North 60°40'22"west a distance of 10.06 feet to the True Point ofBeginning;thence North 60°40'22"west a distance of 64.12 feet;thence south89°58'15"east a distance of 40.86 feet;thence south 60°40'22"east a distance of18.31 feet;thence south 00°01 '45"west a distance of 17.26 feet to the True PointofBeginning.Containing 0.02 acres,more or less.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
