1411 water rates for the LarsonI stumbled across this in my search today for Health District ILA. Let me know if it does not fill the gap of questions for the reduced rate….. There were some rate studies done and comments from Larson residents on MLMC update were about a rate “increase” which doesn’t make sense if the ordinance indicates a break in surcharge – they may have just meant the increase in flat rate and maybe council chose to lower surcharge to accommodate the flat rate increase. You cant tell from the minutes – but I’m having a faint memory of the discussion at council since I have been here. Cindy, do you recall the same? The only contract on file for Larson is with the US Army to access for sampling dated 2017: Former Larson AFB Right of Entry for Well Sampling, replaces expired agreement Council Member Jackson may have more insight. 13.12.050 Surcharge: In addition to the rates established for water and sewer services as set forth in this chapter, a twenty-five percent (25%) surcharge shall be assessed for water service and sewer service furnished outside the City limits except for the area commonly known as the former Larson Air Base.
