AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CHAPTER 8.08
OF THE MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED"GARBAGE COLLECTION"BY AMENDING CERTAIN
I SECTIONS AND ADDING NEW PROVISIONS TOCERTAINSECTIONSOFCHAPTER8.08.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 8.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Codeentitled"Garbage Collection"is hereby amended to read asfollows:
8.08.140 Fee Schedule:Commending with billing dates after
June 1,1981,services and charges for garbagecollectionshallbeasfollows:
A.Residential Rates:Regular service at the
curb or alley for collection once per week
shall be five dollars and twenty-five cents
per month.Service fees for duplexes shall
be in accordance with the service fees asshowninScheduleAofOrdinance1010found
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
B.Commercial Rates:Service fees for,includ-
ing but not limited to apartments,motels,
planned unit developments,condominiums,andItrailerparkratesshallbeinaccordancewith
the service fees as shown in Schedule A of
Ordinance 1010 found on file in the officeoftheCityClerk.
C.Additional or Special Services:Additional
or special services desired by residential
customers shall be arranged and paid fordirectlywiththecontractor,
