THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 1.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "General Penalty"is amendedto read as follows:i 1.08.030 Penalties:The following specific,non-deferrable,non-suspendablecivilpenaltiesmaybeadoptedbycategoricalreferenceinothersec-tions of this code as a specific civil penalty to be imposed for acivilviolationofthesectionsspecified:
