ANORDINANCEADOPTINGA NEWCHAPTER3.30 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"PARKANDRECREATIONDEPARTMENTUSEFEES"
THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON00 ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 3.30 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Park and Recre-ation Department Use Fees"shall read as follows:
I 3.30.010 The following use fees shall be established by the City Council afterhavingbeenreviewedandarecommendationreceivedfromtheParkandRecreationAdvisoryCommission:
A.Swimming Pool Admission Fee,Swim Lesson Fees,and all other feesrelatedtotheuseofSwedbergPool.
B.All fees related to the use of Larson Field
C.Cascade Park Camping Fees
D.Fees for all other programs not designated as pay-as-you-go pro-grams
3.30.020 The use fees for all pay-as-you-go programs shall be established by theParkandRecreationAdvisoryCommissionpursuanttothisgrantofauthorityfromtheCityCouncil.A pay-as-you-go program is a programdefinedasonewhichissolelysupportedbyfeesgeneratedfromtheparticipants.The fees for pay-as-you-go programs as set by the ParkandRecreationAdvisoryCommissionshallbenolessthantheamountnecessarytoconducttheoperationoftheprogram.Any fees set by theParkandRecreationAdvisoryCommissionforapay-as-you-go program maybereviewedbytheCityCouncilontheCouncil's motion.
I Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the City Council and signed by its Mayor on March 9,1982.
