THECITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the Zoning Map of the City of Moses Lake shall be changed asfollows:
That the following described property be changed from its existing R-1,i Single Family Residential Zone to R-3,Multi-family Residential:
Tract 64,a portion of Tract 65,and a portion of Tract 67 of Batter)Orchard Tracts located in the NW¾of Section 33,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM,Moses Lake,Washington.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days afteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
