1072_00001ORDINANCENO.1072 ANORDINANCEAMENDINGTHE1982 BUDGETFORTHE CITY OF MOSESLAKE THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS: Section 1.To budget a portion of the General Fund Fund Balance for the purpose ofclosingtheVolcanicAshDisasterReliefFunduponthebooksoftheCityofMosesLake.Any future transactions shall become a part of the General Fund.The amounttobepaidfromtheGeneralFundtotheVolcanicDisasterFundis$27,071.36. General Fund 000 $3,056,472 Section 2.To budget for the final closing of the Volcanic Disaster Relief Fund upon the books of the City of Moses Lake. Volcanic Ash Disaster Relief 195 $75,063 Section 3.To transfer $10,591.00from the General Fund Fund Balance to theStreetFundBalancetooffsetanegativeactualbeginningFundBalanceintheStreetFund. Street Fund 116 $263,707 Section 4.To increase the Capital Outlay Budget in the Sewer Fund by $8,605.30.This item was originally ordered September 1,1981 via bid let by the City CounciltoWhitneyEquipmentCo.It did not arrive until April 27,1982.As the 1981Budgetlapsedattheendof1981,this item needs to be rebudgeted in 1982. Water/Sewer Operating See Section 5 Section 5.To appropriate funds received from Union Carbide to be expended asProfessionalServicesintheSewerFund.The amount was $4,000. Water/Sewer Operating $1,862,995 i Section 6.To appropriate funds to increase the Fire Truck Purchase Budget from$105,887to $109,322.This is to allow for the radio which was not included in theoriginalbidandtoallowforSalesTaxwhichwashigherthananticipated.There are unappropriated funds in the Fund Balance to cover this increase.
